Holistic Healing Through Embodiment
I am here to support you towards holistic wellness and healing through integrative bodywork, movement coaching, and mindful practices. My services blend Eastern and Western techniques, including massage therapy, dance, somatics, and yoga to address chronic pain, stress, nervous system dysregulation and overall well-being.
With a trauma-informed approach, I am dedicated to creating a safe and sacred space for people to achieve physical, mental, and spiritual ease.

Hello!
I’m Hannah Tiên
I am a licensed massage therapist, 200-hour registered yoga teacher, trained dancer, and martial artist specializing in Capoeira Angola. One of my passions lies in offering safe, trauma-informed bodywork and strategies for nervous system regulation to support people to become more in touch with themselves, and to find more ease in their lives - physically, mentally, emotionally. My approach to bodywork is highly informed by my studies of Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Facilitation, Unwinding, Visceral Manipulation, Thai Massage, and Therapeutic Relaxation. With my background in movement and mindfulness, I am dedicated to creating a safe, sacred space to rest and achieve a deeper sense of well-being and embodied liberation.
