About Me
Hannah Tiên
As I reflect on my life thus far, I have a deep feeling of gratitude for who I have become, and continue to evolve as. I am a proud daughter of my resilient mother, a former Vietnamese refugee, and am the first in my family to finish a college degree. I would not be who I am, if it were not for my mother sacrificing much of her life for her three daughters to live with more freedom.
My name is Hannah Tiên. I am a licensed massage therapist, technically trained dancer, martial artist, 200-hour registered yoga teacher, and a teacher of Capoeira Angola. I offer trauma-informed bodywork, Movement Coaching, and Private Yoga Instruction, which is highly informed by my studies of Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Facilitation, Unwinding, Visceral Manipulation, Thai Massage, and Therapeutic Relaxation, as well as my extensive dance and martial arts training and education. My relationship with yoga began 14 years ago, and in 2023 I decided to take the next step by enrolling in a 200 hour Rasa Yoga teacher training.
I understand that life can be overwhelming - that chronic pain and stress are inseparable from the body and mind, and I am dedicated to creating a safe and sacred space for people to experience physical, mental, and spiritual rest. At my practice I will be offering support for your journey towards healing - for you to access more self-awareness and capacity of movement in your body, for you to experience more ease and rest, which will then support your ability for self-expression. I will support you with strategies for nervous system regulation, and create space for you to just get in touch with yourself. My wish is to support embodied liberation for everyone.

THE PAST IS GONE, THE FUTURE IS NOT YET HERE, AND IF WE DO NOT GO BACK TO OURSELVES IN THE PRESENT MOMENT, WE CANNOT BE IN TOUCH WITH LIFE.

My Philosophy
At the core of my practice is a commitment to creating a safe, sacred, and judgment-free space for healing. My multicultural and trauma-informed background ensures that all bodies are welcome, including BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Refugee, Immigrant, and Neurodivergent individuals. Each session is intuitively guided and personalized to address your unique needs, whether you seek relief from chronic pain, anxiety, or simply wish to cultivate a deeper connection to yourself and your body.
I believe in supporting holistic wellness by offering guidance to enhance ease and capacity of movement, foster self-awareness and self-expression, and develop strategies for nervous system regulation and embodiment. My ultimate wish is to support embodied liberation for everyone, helping you reconnect with your body's wisdom and uncover your inner potential for peace.
