General Policies
Fragrance-Free Environment
HANNAH TIEN LLC maintains a fragrance-free studio to ensure a comfortable environment for all clients.

Shoe-Free Policy
To keep our studio clean, HANNAH TIEN LLC is a shoe-free environment. Please leave your shoes on the rack provided in the waiting area.

Pets Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the studio.

Hygiene Standards
Both clients and therapist are expected to practice proper hygiene. The therapist reserves the right to refuse treatment if hygiene standards are not met, to maintain health and safety.

Masking Guidelines
Masks are optional in the studio and during sessions with the therapist. The therapist will wear a mask upon request. If the therapist makes an informed decision for a mask to be worn by the client and the client refuses to wear one during the session, it will result in session cancellation and a full charge.

Booking and Reservations
All appointments require a credit card to book. While gift cards or FSA/HSA cards cannot be used to hold appointments, they can be used for payment at checkout. Appointments can be scheduled up to four hours before the start time and must be made under the attendee’s name.

Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled without charge up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 100% session fee, charged to the credit card on file. Gift cards and packages cannot be used for late cancellation fees. You may send a substitute for your appointment if you notify us via text or phone call, giving at least four business hours' notice for rebooking and potential fee waiver.

Late Arrival Policy
Arriving late may result in a reduced session length to avoid delays for subsequent clients. The full session fee will still apply.

Contraindications and Illness
Massage is not recommended for clients under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or those exhibiting symptoms such as fever, rash, or contagious infection. If symptomatic on the appointment day, notify us immediately and do not come in. With at least four hours' notice, we may be able to rebook your appointment and waive the cancellation fee. Despite strict sanitation practices, there are no guarantees against illness transmission. Please consider this if you or your loved ones have compromised immune systems.

Harassment Policy
HANNAH TIEN LLC enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any form of harassment. This applies to both clients and therapist. Inappropriate, derogatory, or unsafe behavior will result in immediate removal and full session charge. Our clinic is a safe space for all clients and employees.

Sexual Harassment Policy
Sexual harassment is strictly prohibited. If the therapist feels uncomfortable due to a client’s behavior, the session will be terminated immediately, and the client will be charged in full and barred from returning. Clients can also terminate a session if they feel harassed, triggering a thorough investigation. Verified claims of harassment by the therapist will result in a full refund and disciplinary action.

Gift Card Policy
Gift certificates issued by HANNAH TIEN LLC do not expire but are non-refundable. Service costs may change over time.

HIPAA Compliance
Client privacy is protected in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and security of personal information.
